1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Prestige Biohazard Cleaning ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.

2. Service Provision

We provide specialist biohazard cleaning and remediation services. Due to the nature of our work, specific risk assessments must be carried out prior to commencement of any work. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe for the operator beyond reasonable control measures.

3. Payment Terms

We provide free site visits and no-obligation quotes for all enquiries. Our callout minimum is £250. Pricing is job-based and depends on the severity, access, and waste involved. Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer (BACS). For larger commercial jobs we will agree payment terms in writing before commencing.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price to cover lost time and resource allocation.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage hidden by waste or contamination. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Hazardous Waste

Our waste carrier licence application is currently in progress. Until issued, hazardous waste is removed and disposed of in conjunction with appropriately licensed disposal partners. Transfer notes will be provided where applicable.
