Owner-operator

Connor — built on 7 years of professional cleaning

Prestige Biohazard Cleaning is run by Connor, owner-operator. Before launching the biohazard side of the business, Connor spent 7+ years building a professional cleaning operation across Greater Manchester — the kind of foundation that makes hospital-grade sanitation work possible.

The biohazard service launched after Connor completed a 3-day in-person biohazard course in Manchester and joined the Growth Nation industry network. We've taken paid biohazard work since training and are building toward full Google Business Profile verification.

Honest about scope

What we don't do — and won't pretend to

The biohazard cleaning industry is full of overstated claims. We're not. Here's what's outside our scope — engage a specialist contractor in each case rather than ask us to stretch.

  • 01

    Hospital-discharge sanitation

Needs a clinical contractor with documented sterility protocols. We provide hospital-grade disinfection for households and businesses; we’re not medical-grade.

  • 02

Active hazmat or chemical processing sites

Meth labs, chemical spills, toxic-substance handling needs HSE-licensed hazmat contractors with chemistry training.

  • 03

    Asbestos removal

    HSE-LARS-licensed contractors only.

  • 04

    Fire damage structural restoration

Separate trade. We can handle smoke odour treatment after the structural work is done.

  • 05

    Live pest treatment

Pest control is a separate trade. We handle the post-treatment cleanup that removes residue and pheromone trails.

  • 06

    Drainage rodding, surveying, or repair

Different kit, different trade. We handle the contamination cleanup after.

  • 07

    High-level / roof / scaffolding access

We work at standard ladder height. Above that we coordinate with a height-access partner.

  • 08

    Drug destruction

Section 1–5 controlled substances need Home Office licensing.
